Singer Phillip Phillips showed with his headline show at Musikfest’s main Steel Stage on Saturday that he apparently has learned a lot since winning the 11th season of FOX-TV’s American Idol in 2012, and the two-year contract dispute over the direction of his career.
The singer-songwriter / guitarist returned to the Twin Cities April 3rd in support of his third album “Collateral”, this time headlining on the main stage at First Avenue.
Nathanson – with his boyish charm and charismatic performance – combined with Phillips’ soulful voice and impressive guitar-playing made for a great night at Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre.
The Fair at the PNE kicked off their annual fair, and Summer Night Concert series, on August 16th. Set to provide the evening entertainment on the WestJet Concert Stage was none other than singer-songwriter and American Idol season 11 winner, Phillip Phillips who released his sophomore album, Behind the Light, in May.
