Hot Chip frontman Alexis Taylor seems like an endlessly pleasant guy. Not that he’s always upbeat — he has a sad song or two in his catalog — but that he’s always trying to embrace the sunny side of things.
Hot Chip will return with their new album Freakout/Release in August via Domino Records. Ahead of its release and before a proper U.S. tour has been announced, the band returned stateside for a handful of East Coast dates, including a sold out performance in Brooklyn at Avant Gardner
