Only the most dedicated and creative musicians can continue to impress and raise the bar across the decades. And for about 40 years now, Trey Anastasio has been blowing the minds of those who’ve gone out of their way to see him play guitar and hear him sing.
This past week, central Colorado continued its reign as the live musical mecca that locals and pilgrims have come to know as a true constant. With so many multi-night performances within a 150-mile drive of the Mile High City, it was difficult to decide what to do.
As with most things in life, the end is usually bittersweet and ripe with emotion. This was certainly the case for the eighth and final collaborative performance by the Trey Anastasio Band and Goose.
