All-round Australian icon Missy Higgins was met with riotous applause.
An eerie opening performance by Gordi, with her deep, soulful voice and loop pedal, set the tone for an evening of acoustic, indie bliss at Thebarton Theatre in Adelaide (12 May).
Opening with Long Way, Gordi (aka Sophie Payten) had the growing crowd silent and in awe of her huge, haunting vocals as she stood solo with just an acoustic guitar.
