Lauren Mayberry (born in 1987 in Scotland) is the main vocalist of the electropop band Chvrches. During live performances, she sometimes plays synths and tambourine. She is also a trained drummer. Before Chvrches, Mayberry was vocalist for Blue Sky Archives. She completed a four-year law degree, followed by a master's degree in journalism.
