Crowded House is a rock group formed in 1985 in Melbourne, Australia and led by New Zealand musician and singer-songwriter Neil Finn. The band were originally active from 1986 to 1996 before deciding to split up.

Despite delays, Chicago Theatre’s jangle pop dreams of a generous Crowded House come true
Vancouver was the first city on the rescheduled ‘Dreamers Are Waiting” North American leg of their tour from 2020 (which was previously postponed due to drummer Elroy Finns back injury). This tour is in support of their seventh Album, ‘Dreamers Are Waiting’.
Crowded House are an Australian and New Zealand institution by this point, but if Friday night’s concert was any indication then they certainly aren’t resting on their laurels.
This was a night of many firsts. My longest round trip to cover a concert (344km trip from Launceston to Hobart); our two-year-old son's first ever concert; and correct me if I'm wrong, this was Crowded House's first ever Tasmanian concert.
Joyous, heart-warming and familiar, seeing Crowded House with thousands of other fans all singing their hearts out was the post-lockdown connection we all need.
