Brown Horse is a British six-piece alt‐country band from Norwich. Formed in 2018 as a folk quartet comprising Emma Tovell, Nyle Holihan, Patrick Turner and Rowan Braham, they added Ben Auld (on drums) and Phoebe Troup to complete the line-up.

Following the album release of ‘All The Right Weaknesses’ on April 5th Brown Horse took to Holland for three shows before a planned return to the UK for a series of dates supporting the album release.
Brown Horse have attracted the sort of reviews most bands dream of for their debut album and consequently they drew a respectable Good Friday crowd to Newport. Managing to cram all six of the band onto Le Pub’s stage and carrying out some deft swapping of instruments through the evening
