Blackberry Smoke brought their version of Southern guitar rock to a full house at the DPAC in Durham on Thursday night. Even with the nice cushy seats, the avid fans stayed on their feet pretty much the whole night, rockin' out with the band.

September 5th the Five Flags Center in Dubuque, Iowa set the stage for an incredible evening of music. BlackBerry Smoke headlined the night and was my first show seeing them with the new members on tour.
This was the Spirit of the South tour, originally scheduled for the summer of 2020. It was designed to be a five-hour celebration of Southern rock. The show began at 5:00 p.m. with a set by the Wild Feathers, a country-rock band that formed in 2010 in Nashville, Tennessee.
