Joe Bonamassa was absolutely electrifying last night at the Royal Albert Hall. I have to say, having seen him more than a dozen times over the years, I have never seen him more relaxed, more comfortable or more at one with his audience.
Going to see Joe Bonamassa play guitar is truly an iconic experience, as he ranks alongside Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and BB King, who took him under his wing and had the young Bonamassa open for him at just 12 years old.
