Wyvern Lingo is made up of Saoirse Duane (guitar, vocals) Caoimhe Barry, (drums, vocals) and Karen Cowley (keys, vocals) Wyvern Lingo have been writing music together since they met at age 11. They originally bonded over hand-me-down albums of Led Zeppelin, Joni Mitchell and Simon & Garfunkel along with the R'n'B of the 90s/00s that then dominated the radio.

The Bray natives, Karen Cowley (keys/vocals), Saoirse Duane (guitar/vocals) and Caoimhe Barry (drums/vocals), formed the band when they were only 15-years old and have been crafting their sound ever since.
Whether it was your first time hearing Wyvern Lingo or your 70th , it was clear to all in attendance that it was going to be a special night. One central feeling of female empowerment swept through the air throughout.
