When I spotted the lineup for Pointfest last year, I immediately sold my Sum 41 and Simple Plan tickets, snagged a super-overpriced hotel room, and made all the plans to rock out with some stellar bands. As anyone else who attended that day knows, it was an absolute nightmare.
Despite the dreadful weather conditions on a depressing winter’s night, hard rock New Yorkers THE PRETTY RECKLESS are here to brighten up our Tuesday evening. Five years since their last set of tour dates in the UK pre-pandemic, it is certain that they were ready to rock Bristol’s O2 Academy
After a 40 minute turn around, Taylor Momsen’s crew hit the stage. Momsen looked like a grunge goddess in a black slip and trademark glitter eyeshadow, and it was easy to see why the audience loved her so much as she made small talk between songs.
