On March 1, 2018, R5's social networks had their name changed to The Driver Era and all posts deleted. On March 2, it was confirmed that The Driver Era was a new band consisting of Ross and Rocky‚Ä¶

The girls were absolutely feral during The Driver Era’s performance at The Ritz on April 20th. Dressed up in cowboy hats, sparkles and funky boots, the crowd took their jobs of being fan girls very seriously.
