Richard Hawley (born Richard Willis Hawley, 17 January 1967, Sheffield, United Kingdom) is a critically-acclaimed guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer. Hawley initially found success as a member of Britpop band Longpigs in the 1990's, and formerly Treebound Story.

Support tonight came from Before Breakfast, hailing from Sheffield the band have an individual sound with the hook being superb vocal harmony. Great audience banter from singer Gina Walters, an all round relaxed set of mainly self penned tunes.

One of Irelands most spectacular cathedrals “St Canices Cathedral“ was the setting for this now twice rescheduled sold-out gig and the large orderly queue outside before doors opened suggested that this was one gig not to be missed and as the doors opened the early punters scurried to grab the best seats

There was a massive roar when Richard and band walked out on stage and started into Off My Mind after which he chatted with the crowd for a little during which a crowd member shout ”I love you” to which Richard replied ”I love you too, ooops better not say that as I’m an old man and might be arrested”
