Pete Murray is an Australian singer-songwriter whose second album Feeler released on 21 July 2003 went to number one on the Australian charts on 29 March 2004 and has so far achieved six time platinum status. The third single "So Beautiful" has made the Australian top ten in the singles charts in 2004.

Leaving a Pete Murray gig feeling the performance was impersonal is an impossibility based on my experience seeing him at QPAC's Lyric Theatre last Saturday (21 June).
While the GA area and the seats certainly weren't empty, there was a lot of room to move about throughout the show — a surprising sight for the Enmore.
With expectations grounded by my experience as an audience member in Townsville five years ago, my perspective of the musician was swiftly uprooted as I stood among the crowd at The Tivoli Theatre (15 July) in Brisbane.
Murray was everything you would expect him to be; rugged and handsome with a set of biceps that were the talk of every female in the audience, he was vocally brilliant as he made his way through the album Feeler in its entirety.
