John Craigie is an American singer-songwriter. He has been hailed as a "Modern-Day Troubadour" in the style of Woody Guthrie and Ramblin' Jack Elliott.
On Sunday, December 5th, folk troubadour John Craigie played the second of two sold out nights at Portland's Aladdin Theater as part of his Keep It Warm 2021 tour. The night began with a short opening set from Kassi Valazza, who was flanked by Lewi Longmire on bass and Taylor Kingman on guitar.
The lifestyle of Hawaii is often described as “endless summer.” The islands in the middle of the Pacific are blessed with a perfect temperature and passing rain showers blown away by calm trade winds. Musician John Craigie's performance was reminiscent of sitting around a fire on the beach with friends and guitars.
