A visual cross between the leather bondage movie "Cruising" and the raunchy retro-fuelled imagery of early John Waters movies like "Desperate Living," San Francisco's queer Hunx and his Punx (one of whom is Seth Bogart of former Gravy Train!!!!) have injected humor, imagination and fun into their prodigious multimedia output.

Hunx & His Punx with Cherry Glazerr, Criminal Hygiene & Upset at Echoplex
I’m so sorry you guys Seth Bogart offers sweetly and regretfully by the merch table afterwards as my friends and I start tallying our war wounds sustained during the show.
Showmanship and a sense of fun are what Hunx And His Punx bring to the table and really, that sense of fun is something that more bands should strive to add to their shows.
To start things off local garage-pop-punk band, Pink Wine played to a small crowd, but that didn’t stop them from pumping out a perfect mix of power pop and punk rock with a touch of glam tunes.
It’s a distinct, overt shift, but an elegantly appropriate one and, as their similar covers may suggest, one with more continuity than maybe apparent on first listens.
