It was a cold day in late October, but when GRiZ comes to town, the cold isn't stopping anyone. His “Ride Waves Tour” stop in Eugene marked the final show of the year at the Cuthbert Amphitheater, and he blew the non-existent roof off the place.
Walking into the Armory it was obvious this was a different kind of crowd. I’ve been to a lot of shows there and I don’t think I’ve ever seen it that full no matter the genre! The giant screens were the first thing that hit me, and once GRiZ got started, the energy never really let up.
