The last time I saw Little Feat and Tedeschi Trucks Band in the Nashville area was at the famous Ryman Auditorium. Separately, not together.
When Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks came together in the Allman Brothers Band at the dawn of the new century, it was just the spark the veteran Southern Rock group needed to revitalize that classic ABB sound. They helped bring the band back after an unfortunate fallout with original guitarist Dickey Betts.
Feeling fresh after some brief down time following another epic NYC Beacon Theater run at the end of May, The Tedeschi Trucks Band picked up right where they left off.
Toronto’s Budweiser Stage with its stunning backdrop of Toronto’s skyline, provided the perfect setting on a beautiful summer night for a magical evening of music. Thursday night the Tedeschi Trucks Band graced the stage with a performance that was nothing short of mesmerizing.
