Black Honey is a British four-piece indie rock band formed in Brighton, England in 2014. The band is composed of lead singer and guitarist Izzy Baxter Phillips, guitarist Chris Ostler, bassist Tommy Taylor, and drummer Tom Dewhurst.
In a bold statement that demonstrates Black Honey aren’t here to take themselves too seriously, following a rousing opening set from Essex-based punk outfit Bad Nerves, none other than Elvis himself appears on the Koko stage.
If the continued proliferation of male violence in modern society is ultimately to be judged in government committees chaired at least in part by the very men who perpetuate it, then it’s clear that as ever, any change in that society must come from its people.
