Announcing their 40th anniversary tour just before the outbreak of the Covid pandemic, Simply Red finally got to perform it much to the crowd’s simmering patience. And whilst they have been putting hit after hit together for four decades they got to perform some of them at the Motorpoint Arena on Wednesday night.
The Simply Red bandwagon finally rolled into Nottingham on Wednesday night to deliver a greatest hits show that delighted the patient Motorpoint Arena crowd.
After a short interval Simply Red take to the stage to the now full arena and loud applause and cheers, both band and audience are happy to be here after the past near 2 years of have restrictions finally been lifted (well, 90%)
