Melbourne rap legend Seth Sentry’s anticipated Brisbane leg of the Super Cool Tree House tour at The Zoo on Friday 11 February was more like a party than a gig. A night full of comic skits, fan participation, drinking contests and stagedives, the man definitely put on a show
If you had never been to a Seth Sentry show, you would probably be unprepared for the shenanigans, or at the very least you'd know his personality was inclined towards them through his music.
Sounds, subjects and crowds are diversifying and growing, and some of the very best were on offer last Friday night at the Enmore Theatre, during Seth Sentry‘s 1969 Campaign Trail Tour, with equally solid support slots from Remi and Sarah Connor.
Opening the night was Perth’s Coin Banks, an outstanding up and coming rapper whose flow, rhymes and general cheerfulness were outstanding when compared to the average weather outside.
