Praying Mantis are a well established band of melodic hard rockers. They were formed by brothers Tino Troy and Chris Troy in the United Kingdom 1974 and they became one of the bands associated with the the NWOBHM (New Wave Of British Heavy Metal).

The harmonies from all five shone on the imposing opener, Fight For Your Honour, and Cuijpers showcased his range on old favourite, Panic In The Streets.
New vocalist Jaycee and drummer Hans gelled with founders Tino and Chris Troy, plus long-time guitarist Andy Burgess, while taking the band in a heavier direction.
