New Model Army remain one of the great British institutions still worthy of admiration and respect. In a time when many stalwarts — the Conservative Party, Labour Party, clean water, even the BBC, it seems — appear to be crumbling, NMA continue to stand proud and firm.
“There’s nothing I can tell you, that you don’t already know,” Justin Sullivan, as always, tells it the way it is, and the way it is with New Model Army right now sees them enjoying what seems to be an endless Indian Summer.
With a huge back catalogue of songs, Friday night at Rock City saw a varied and extensive twenty nine song set list from New Model Army, that had a sold out crowd singing along from the off.
