Alien Weaponry enlisted the help of fellow metallers Shepherds Reign (once again) to fill tonight’s venue, The Powerstation with t-shirts, black t-shirts, a sea of t-shirts with band names ranging from Lamb of God, to Motorhead, Pearl Jam to The D4 and even Accept!
While originally booked two years ago and delayed due to obvious reasons, it was no surprise that the juggernauts GOJIRA, ALIEN WEAPONRY and EMPLOYED TO SERVE were on spectator’s lips.
We've almost survived a hellscape of a year. We're nurturing our inner hermits discovered within lockdown, skipping stones until the holiday pay kicks in. But you know what's better than your dressing gown and a cuppa? Bloody thrashing to your favourite waiata.
Alien Weaponry kicked off the Auckland Fringe Festival at The Town Hall, with a headbanging show that delivered a unifying message about the dangers of cultural misunderstanding.
