Appearing at Ottawa's 27 Club (formerly Zaphod Beebelbrox) Zola Jesus was joined by hometown musician Matt Radich, who performs a blend of synth pop and lo-fi indie rock under the moniker Townes.
Many great performances have taken place on that stage throughout the gallery’s Up-Late programme, with performers often crammed among their instruments.
But that didn’t stop Brooklyn’s summer space House of Vans from opening for a special visual installation, ‘Paradox’, by Abby Portner, along with performances by Zola Jesus and Yves Tumor on Friday night, February 23rd.
