Punch Brothers are a progressive bluegrass band formed by Chris Thile in 2006. The band consists of Chris Thile (mandolin), Gabe Witcher (fiddle/violin), Noam Pikelny (banjo), Chris Eldridge (guitar), and Paul Kowert (bass).
