On Saturday, 15th June 2024, Nocturne Live at Blenheim Palace continued its streak of outstanding musical evenings with a powerhouse lineup of female artists, featuring Sugababes, Melanie C, and Shaznay Lewis.
Debuting her self-titled album for the first time since its release in 2020, Melanie C returned to London for the end of her long-awaited UK tour. To say that the audience was keen would be an understatement: the air in the Empire was thick with anticipation.
And, while probably not the biggest tabloid star of the five, one of the stand-out voices of the group was always, always Melanie Chisholm AKA Sporty Spice or Melanie C, to differentiate between the two Melanies in the group.
Celebrating her 40th birthday with a special one-off gig and advertised as Sporty's 40 the former spice girl rocked out Shepherds Bush Empire with an extended gig of her songs to date including her solo hits.
