Onstage at Elsewhere Hall, Front 242 maintained its rivethead fashion, wearing military flak jackets and crew cuts, along with black trousers and dark sunglasses.
In the early 1990s, I hadn’t heard of Kraftwerk, Deutsch Amerikanische Freundschaft or really anything that was electronic and came from continental Europe.
Opening the show on this evening was local electro band Inhalt who did an excellent job of preparing the crowd for what was to come with a solid set of Nitzer Ebb meets Depeche Mode influenced dance electronic dance music.
