A little piece of America rolled into Tamaki Makaurau last night, Maryland’s grindcore gods Full of Hell buddied up with Louisiana’s doom greats Thou to deliver a barrage of maelstrom beats on a darkening Sunday evening.
Falling outside of the hectic summer season of festivals, Damnation Festival has prided itself on being an outsider next to the heavy hitters, despite the fact year on year the annual event boasts some of the best bands in extreme music.
